How I Discovered It
During contextual inquiry, I saw how every chargeback triggered confusion, then silence. It clicked when I heard a manager say, “We serve hundreds every day, but one complaint can cost me my day.”

Redesigned Zomato platform specifically for restaurant owners, enabling them to manage their operations seamlessly.
Key features should include order tracking, performance analytics, and tools for running advertising campaigns directly on the platform.
