Passengers exhibit apprehension and uncertainty regarding the safety of flights due to a lack of understanding about the robustness and sophistication of aircraft design and equipment.  As a result, passengers may experience heightened anxiety before and during flights, impacting their overall travel experience and satisfaction. How can the airline brand enhance passenger confidence and improve their overall experience? This project aims to bridge the gap in passenger understanding and alleviate apprehension by providing comprehensive insights into aircraft safety measures and design sophistication, aiming to increase confidence and enhance the overall travel experience.
